What we work on
We start by stating the ambition plainly, then testing it: the outcome you are chasing, what is true today, which limits are hard, and what evidence would change your mind.
Then we look at leverage: which parts of the company agents can carry now, which need supervision, and which still need a person who signs, decides or is trusted.
You walk out with the plan on paper, systems already running on your material, and the know-how to extend them.
Who it fits
Solo founders, often technical, who use agents in place of a team and want a second set of eyes before the next big bet. Some book one block; others continue into Build when the plan survives the test.
