Ask: test the ambition
Big ambitions hide assumptions. Ask splits a decision into eight questions: the decider, the outcome, the facts today, the hard limits, the levers, the path of change, the evidence, and the deadline.
Map: where solo leverage runs out
For a solo founder, the map answers one question above all: where leverage comes from and where it runs out. It marks what agents can carry, what infrastructure you can rent, and what still needs a person.
Move: build, then measure
Move comes last: ship the least that can test the riskiest assumption, measure it, and improve it every week.
In practice
